For what it's worth, at Anime Fest when it premiered, Yuasa stated that the love between Kai and Lu was meant to be familial and not romantic.

If you're missing more Yuasa, you could always watch Tatami Galaxy.
Kaiba, too, though maybe save that for after the quarantine. |

Yeah, this kind of matches my feelings. Lot of fun, looks amazing, kind of fragmented, doesn't really have much to say. I'm still glad I own it, I can throw it on when I'm not feeling great or doing something else and I'm not really going to miss anything since I've seen it properly through a couple times.

That’s not a purse, that’s one of those dog “bags” subway cheats use to bring their full-size dogs onto subways while ostensibly “adhering” to guidelines that pets are to be kept in carriers.
