Ah Yabuki... Never change! Very Happy Though gotta say that's a super cute rendition of Miku.

obviously a cute design.

but it also triggers my "dont lewd miku" sensor. (specifically the heart shape back part focusing her behind)

His rendition looks very nice and I like it.

Yabuki is the creator of the fanservice heavy To Love-Ru manga series

Just a minor nitpick, as much as his input was an invaluable part behind the process of To Love-Ru, he didn’t create the whole series by himself. Co-creator is a better title for him from my point of view.

Yup, that’s our Yabuki. Laughing

I know people love his art for the fanservice, but I kinda wish he would go back to his roots. I l do enjoy his art, but the fanservice always drives me away. I miss his Black Cat era days.

I hear both you folks, loud and clear and sincere. But then I see Miku herself, with her cheerful smile and ebullient pose, rising above the less-than-wholesome costume Yabuki put her in.

That's our Miku-chan! Very Happy

So this is what Yabuki-sensei is doing right now while the rest of us are waiting so impatiently for him and his To Love-Ru co-creator Saki Hasemi to getting started on their new manga which should be the next chapter of the To Love-Ru series. I really hope it's not too long before that.

Besides that, I personally do think this is beautiful art like he always does.

Very very cute Miku. It reminds me of 'heart hunter' a little bit. Really like the little curls
at the end of her twin tails. I'd love to see more of this cute Honda Miku.

I wholeheartedly agree with the "don't lewd miku" sentiment, but I'll be darned not to imagine someone trying to cosplay this getup.
