I actually read a couple chapters of Magus of the Library and I thought it was very cute! It definitely sounds like my kind of manga, and I can't wait for it to be released here!

These are some good books Kodansha has picked up. I would be sure to add them to my reading list.
Quote: | Mischievous Nagatoro-san always bugs Senpai to get a reaction out of him.
What is her motivation? Does she just want to create misery for Senpai?
Or maybe she secretly likes him? |
The premise to Don't Mess with Me, Nagatoro reminds me of Skill Teaser Takagi by Sōichirō Yamamoto. I would say they are similar except it would seem that Nagatoro is worse compared Takagi. So much so to the point she looks to be sadistic (which is kind of a shame as I think she looks quite attractive). Takagi is at least sweet even when she is teasing her crush. Now I am thinking of the possibility if these two stories had a crossover. I can see the two male leads of each story relating to each other.

Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo! Awesome! With no movement on *cough*scanlations*cough* in ages, I was starting to despair of ever reading more.

The Golden Sheep's art looks nice, and the premise of Magus of the Library sounds interesting. Really long wait for Vertical's titles, though.

Yes!
Mari Okada's manga and Nagatoro-san liscences announced on the same page! Nice to see my 'buy the japanese volume and the english edition is announced a few months later' "curse" is still going strong (in addition to these 2, it's worked for Biscuit Hammer, Miss Black General, Hinamatsuri, and Tanya the Evil). Now if only we can get Liar Game...
Although having to wait for over a year for Nagatoro is kind of a bummer.

Nagatoro is based on a series of Twitter posts with the simple premise "girl who is a total S likes her senpai". The serialization is a little tamer since she isn't as obviously sexually aroused by the teasing, but it's the same idea.
