I know the "TV" part is left ambiguous, but imagine three persons doing a full-length TV anime. That would be pretty badass.

I am very curious to see what they do next though I am pretty sure that if they want to make a TV show they are going to need to expand. Even with a team of ten people it took over 500 days to make Kemono Friends.

I don’t understand the appeal of Kemono Friends, but the flyer for that new project looks really cool and oozes 90’s style. How do people in the anime community keep apprised of an anime’s progress in development? Excited for more details.

You should remember that Kemono Friends was done by ten. For a year.
Now imagine for how long will TV anime be produced, done by only three people.

I'd think they'd partner with someone, perhaps even Yaoyorozu.

Unless Kadokawa managed to get them blacklisted by the industry?...

AKA shooting themselves in the foot.

Kemono Friends was a suprise hit because of its consumately cute presentation of the FRIENDS part. The modern world is lonely, and that anime gave us a vicarious group of lovable friends having an open-ended adventure that could have gone on with its very distinctve style through many episodes.

Kind of like "The Eccentric Family".

Too bad we're unlikely to see any more authentic Kemono friends now.
