Not gonna lie, when I saw the Princess Jellyfish pic I immediately thought the article was going to be about another anime season.

Hate to hear things didn't work out between the two of them. At least it sounds like the split was a mutual decision and they aren't on bad terms.

I hadn't heard about her Disguised Adultery series yet. Hope Kodansha will bring it over at some point.

I figured it was going to be another article about the upcoming live-action adaptation.

She mentions a little bit her first divorce in her autobiographical work “Kakukaku Shikajika” which is a really awesome read.

^I'd love to read that! She has autobiographical bonus comics in Princess Jellyfish, and I was so happy for her when she wrote that she got remarried. At least it ended amicably and her son will still have his stepfather in his life.

I'm honestly shocked no one has released Kakukaku Shikajika yet. I'd love to read it too.

I've always loved how Akiko Higashimura ends all of her volumes with autobiographical bonus comics. It makes me feel closer to her in a way that I rarely feel with mangakas.
