Something about the lady in the foreground is giving me some serious Chocolat Misu vibes from Sorcerer Hunters (manga/OVA outfit). Beyond the basically bare bust, I think it's the actual battle pose itself.

You say this with literally every ridiculous female anime character outfit I've seen in the threads you post in. Don't you get bored doing that all the time and just go with the flow? Thats my 2 cents. and even then, I don't mind it. |

Considering it's a seinen magazine, perhaps not. One way to get this one-shot enought attention for a possible continuing series is to add a note that says "from the brother of the guy that brought you Naruto". |
