Previously an all ages Steam version had been announced by Sekai, however earlier today they revealed on twitter it will also be receiving a 18+ version Also, while we are on Sekai, their kickstarter for Hoshizora no Memoria has launched a few hours ago. Their stretch goals for that are somewhat impressive, including the fandisc Eternal Heart which was never fan-translated(the main game has been, for a few years now). However whether this will also receive the 18+ treatment, an obvious question because of some of the content involved, is still unclear, at least their campaign page doesn't address the issue, yet at least. ^ I will back it if it's released uncensored, otherwise not. I have played the fan translation before so I won't miss much if they don't. If they don't, wonder how exactly they intend to handle Eternal Heart?... Edit; And just as I was composing this post, they posted the following comment on the campaign page;
So I guess we are all clear to go  They better not skimp this one out...
