I hope so. That the story will be. Because those visuals certainly won't be the ones to redeem it...

Interesting...
Quote: | One night at a junkyard, he meets a mysterious and charismatic Exorcist, Tanmoku Ki, who is fighting an evil spirit. |
Less interesting.

Okay, I'm out.

So this is one of those "Chinese cartoons" I've heard so much about?

great! I love all types of animation, but I can't say I've seen much from China. I'm really curious what it's like.

I wonder why they couldn't just use their own creative artstyle instead of having to make use of anime anesthetic. Due to being co-produced with a Japanese studio?

I've seen this in Chinese. The show is decent and the episodes are short (about 10 minutes each). However, it ends on a pretty big cliffhanger, which is rather disappointing. Apparently the manga goes into more detail, but since I can't read Chinese,...I'm kind of wondering if they'll bother making another season.
Also, this show is light BL, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Still, quite happy to see it coming to Crunchyroll. We might see more Chinese productions on there in the future.
