WOW! Now's that what I call a price drop.
I was just looking at the full collection for this series this morning. The price for it is between $50-$80 depending on where you purchase it. But $30 is a good price for it. Looks like they might be trying to push it off as much as they can before they retire it at some point 'cause it's been out for a good while now. |

People should definitely jump on that Project A-Ko deal, especially Uncivil Wars (which has both "sides" of the well-liked A-Ko the Vs. OAV)
Also, for those who haven't yet picked up the original, the Collector's Edition of A-Ko is a great one to get at that price -- you get "remastered" footage (mostly a color job, since there is still a lot of jitter left in), a good commentary track and the movie soundtrack CD included. |

Eh, yeah. I got the Project A-ko Collector's Series DVD two years ago, Project A-ko being one of my top three anime films of all time, but the OVAs weren't good enough for me to pay full-price for.
But, if I can get them for that price, I'd definitely consider it. |
