Their site wants to know if you want Dolby Digital 5.1 on their dvd's in general. Fortunately, since this isn't an AOD forum, 100 people won't be flooding this thread with worthless comments which have nothing to do with the topic.

Not if it detracts from other features, since not all of us have home theatres.
And not if they spend a bundle remastering older anime that were only in mono or stereo to begin with. |

Kind of like asking do you want a cherry with your ice cream? Well if it's included than no duh. I don't see why people wouldn't want 5.1 sound. Well home system are getting cheaper every year. Even mediocre ones are less than 100 if you find good deals on them. So eventually you'll get one if you don't have one yet.

But what they aren't asking you is how much you would pay for that cherry. After seeing how they did they whole remove the DVD from Newtype but not lower the price thing, I seriously doubt they would add that without raising the price. |
