If the plot style is similar to the original OVA and the Hawaiian chick is in this, I'll be interested. If it's too similar to the movies...pass.

Shouldn't Gotoh be picking his feet if we want atruly archetypal image from Patlabor.
I have all the animations including even the stupid miniPato but apart from that I regards this as the apotheosis of the longer hand-drawan animated series by a genuine if later flawed master!
And I pretty much do the yearly remembrance also
