Natsume Yūjin-Chō at number eleven! Hey, North American distributors, how about giving NY's DVDs a home on my bookshelf? *hint hint*
Also, is that the complete collection of Chi's Sweet Home? Cos if so, that would be sweet to own.

Give thanks for the additions included in the DVD versions that are not present in the broadcast version!
And hehehe, Kannagi made it despite all that hoopla of the male otaku assuming that Nagi is a slut.

Japanese people who buy anime DVDs--or who almost all anime is made for. I'm somewhat amazed you seem surprised that the Japanese anime-DVD-buying population would be interested in Strike Witches. I may not personally like it, but it is the kind of show popular with the audience who actually buy anime DVDs over there. For the record, "fandom" hasn't "come to" anything. It's been this way (in Japan) for a while.
Personally, I picked up Kannagi 1 and Seto no Hanayome OVA Nin.

My bookshelf would love that.
I'm glad that some of my favorite shows are doing well. :D

I am. It has good extras. I'm also getting Kannagi, but since the extras are not so great I might end up dropping it for financial reasons.

Maybe I don't know
Do you ask whether I have seen Strike Witches?
I haven't. My adventure with this series ended before it even began, so my opinion is based on the snapshots I saw on Random Curiosity.

Nice to see Kannagi continue to pick up steam, it's a pretty enjoyable show.

Outside the ridiculous amounts of fan service it is a fairly solid anime (SW), the ending was also pretty good to boot. Is all the service probably helping it sell, not a doubt in my mind. However I dont think that is the [u]only]/u] reason it is doing as well as it is.
I really want to say it is not as bad as everyone make it out to be, but I dont know what people generally define as bad so I really have no solid basis to say such a thing.
