 wow that was a good trailer. i was expecting them to completely skip jins backstory but it looks like their not thankfully. it also surprisingly looks like spoiler[the rape might not be entirely removed] the animation looks great and the music is even better and hopfully the series music is on par with the music in the trailer.

Good looking trailer. I'm a bit worried as to how much they'll be rushing through certain parts of the show given how much is in the trailer. There's no way this'll be more than 26 episodes(at least not without a second season) so I hope they can find a way to balance everything without completely rushing through the storyline.

Oh wow, I'm loving how this looks to be turning out so far. I saw snippets of a lot of stuff I was worried would be cut out in the adaption, the animation looks great, and the music - oh man the music. I can't wait for this to come out already. |

Wow, I was honestly expecting this to be really watered down, but that looked failry close to what you get in the manga. Is this ongoing or are they just doing ~24 episodes?

since the anime will be late night theres no way it would be above 26 episodes unless a second season gets green lit. |

The show has potential to be excellent, exceptional quality work.
But yes, even if it will be of high quality and still cut off manga's intricate content and story's background will be rushed, then it will be very sad. If the manga is really good, then it deserves full-blown, no-shortcuts adaptation. There are so many pointless anime shows with no real story or any details of complexity, and yet really good works get shortcut? Real shame. |
