Oh, how sad! He had a GREAT voice! His was one of the few male voices that I really liked in the dubbed anime!

His really was one of those distinct voices, if I recall I first heard his voice in the "Najica" series, and thought 'thats a cool voice', and upon hearing him in FMP! and in other pieces just made me enjoy dubbed anime more, he will be missed. I might just spend the next few days admiring his work, I encourage other to do the same if they can.

I will too. A 50 episode marathon of FMP will be nice. I wil enjoy it, and remember one of my favorite voice actors.

He did have a really great voice for dubbed anime, especially for the FMP series. He will be missed.

Oh wow (at 56!?). He was really great in RahXephon and FMP. My condolences to his family. Hopefully he went fairly painlessly.

Only 56? Way too young to die.
RIP Mike.

We can only pray we don't have to hear about something like this again for a long time.

My condolences to the family and fans. 56 is young to die when you think about it.

After I read about his passing on the AoD forum last night, I watched some episodes of Full Metal Panic as somewhat of a tribute to him. He was truly a talented actor and I enjoyed his work on FMP and Kaleido Star, among other roles that he did. He will be greatly missed.
