I'm curious since this is getting broadcasted in January if that means that it will be 13 eps, I'm hoping for 26 for this though.

Weird, I seem to meet the requirements listed on the site, but I still get error messages when I try to play it. Hopefully someone will upload it at a site with less restrictive requirements.

read a little of the manga awhile ago. i'm interested in seeing how this turns out, particularly cause of the main character. even though she's very moe, her fighting style is bare-knuckle boxing, and she kicks a lot of ass.

From her skills, she can be a little less effective in boxing, but more she'll find something else for style do forward from the manga. I'm still little bit uneasy that main character is in his spoiler[school years instead of being an out of school and into college to becoming a video game nerd creator. ]
But they had a hard decision over it but I see this anime will go out from here. |

With the exception of the faces, this sounds a looks surprisingly like a mid-90s OVA. This is a very good thing. |

Sounds like my type of show. I'm looking forward to this myself. But I'm wondering should I read the manga or start the show first? Hmm... since the announcement of the anime, I've been wanting to take a look at the manga since we now have a subscription for 'Yen Press' here at the library. Definitely looking forward to it. Hope it's good. Yeah, seems the link doesn't work. There's always 'YT'. The designs look good so far. Wonder how far the book has covered. |

Its about time a new video game type of anime comes around. After Hack and ragnarok i think this might be better than both of them.We will see in due time-and for some reason i can not view the trailers...oh the curse of bad luck is opon me.

Uh .... Hello? Did you even read the article? This isn't a "video game type of anime." While Keita is a video game programmer, that's all this series has to do with video games. It's not set in an "RPG World" like .hack or Ragnarok. I don't understand the problems people are having with viewing the video. I had no problems whatsoever, save for the minor annoyance of not being able to use Firefox. I've been reading the Yen Press releases of the manga (finished reading volume four earlier today). The series is not great, but it's enjoyable enough. Kuro does have one heck of an adorable character design, but her "moe" mannerisms aren't very welcome. Also, despite having an interesting premise, the plotting lacks originality and the characters aren't all that endearing either. What keeps me coming back though are the always exciting, easy to follow action sequences. Kuro does indeed kick butt. With Sunrise being the animation studio, I'm looking forward to some awesome fight scenes in the anime, lackluster plot and characterization aside. Fans of action-oriented anime (myself included) should find a lot to like here, with Kuro's "moe-ness" being an added bonus for many (myself not included). There's also some fan service in the manga. It's to be seen if the fan service will be retained, but there are plenty of other light-hearted moments in the manga that don't involve fan service. As for the promo video, it looks great, although obviously it keys heavily on the darker side of the series. |

It's extremely unlikely that a TV series by Sunrise will only be 13 episodes. The only examples I can think of off the top of my head where that ever happened were City Hunter 91', which was part of a 150 or so episode series overall and Banner of The Stars II which was 10 episodes, but also part of a much larger series. If it is 13 episodes though then bet on a split season at the very least. |
