Shaman King

Anyway, I have seen quite a bit of the series, but have not seen it all the way through considering it's a freaking long show. The action is well paced so that the battles don't stretch out too long. The best part of the series has to be the comedy, which really gets better midway through, but I'm afraid some of the funniest parts will have to be cut from the T.V. version. Crying or Very sad

I think it's alright, there are definitely better anime of the fighting-type genre (DBZ/GT, Naruto, Seint Saiya, etc), but it's still fun to watch. I'm up to episode 24 so far. I have all 64 eps on my computer though.

Pretty boring and mediocre in my opinion. I don't like the cliche characters, and it follows a worn out formula of fighting one guy, then he becomes your friend, then they fight someone who is really bad. But I'm not really into shows like that in the first place...

Read the manga, it's a lot better. I've been reading it on SJ for a while and it's somewhat interesting, especially Manta who always freak out.

I don't understand why people like to brag about bootleg like if they're special for owning all 64 episode without paying a dime.

Personally, it's one of my favorite anime, (I say "one of" because I've grown especially found of Naruto recently ^^), but it can be a bit childish. I saw all 64 episodes raw and then when the dub started, I tried watching it, but the voices just grew so annoying, I stuck with raw.

I read and loved the manga of Shaman King in SJ, and I really like the anime, except I couldn't get used to the dubbed names. Maybe the reason I liked the anime so much might be because I am a sucker for British accents, who knows.

I have been reading Shaman King in SJ and i think that it is fairly decent. I also really enjoy when Manta freaks whenever anything new comes up.
