I'm trying to find the singer for a song in this series, and I believe the title is "If I...". I read online that it's not in the series itself, but rather it was part of a promo video for the series itself at one time in Japan. Please help, I've been looking for an artist to match the song.

Try CD Japan website. They do anime stuff, or maybe try the website of the company releasing the dvd.
