I thought Dark Horse was going to release Berserk this month. I've been looking in every store around and I can't find it. What's going on?

patience... I preordered mine and got a notice for TFAW that it was shipped last friday. I"m sure it will be arriving in stores soon. It took about a week after release to see full metal panic manga so who knows.

Try comic book stores. Anyway, I gave in and got a copy, and love it more now that I can read it in English. It's a shame it'll be a while til we get past the anime though.

It seems there are no comic stores near where I live. If I don't see Berserk in the bookstores soon, I may have to order it online.
And yes, the 3-month interval between volumes is going to be a painful wait. We're talking about 5+ years to get all of Berserk so far.

came in the mail today. Read it, love it.
whe guts faces the guy with the big pick axe, is this the event that was used as the beginning of the flash back in the anime? It seemed rather insignificant in the manga while it was pretty cool in the anime.

I usually get my manga at my local Waldenbooks but they have yet to receive Berserk. What's taking so long?! Must read NOW! *patience has left the building*

oh my god, you mean they're just now realeasing the beginning? you poor bastards. [EDIT - no fansub group names. you should know better, v1c. ;P -C] has been subbing this on the net for decades, they're up to the current, and 26 is coming in December. i'd give a link, but there are rules to be followed.

Yea, the english version on the net is great. So far I'm on volume 24. I'll probably finish the last two volumes that are out today. I really like volume 20 when Gutts is fighting that preist.
I'll still support the manga when it's released here, but I really don't feel like waiting 500 years to find out what happens so I downloaded the rest of what had already been released.
The after eclipse part doesn't take place until voulmes 13-14, I'm afraid. So you people who don't know where to get it are in for a very long wait.

bah, i hate my friends who have the online fan translations. thoguh I think they did share them on the lan so I cold read them. hey, it's ok to read them if I buy the Dark Horse ones as they come out, right? Then again that would mean I have take time and read all thsoe volumes. maybe i will pace myself with anticipation and wait for the Dark Horse releases.

Geez man, have you gone to school yet? You should learn how to write and spell. "they why they are headed ill be 50 buy the time its either finished or released here fully. So i'm still reading the fansubs", is this what you meant 'The way they are headed I'll be 50 years old by the time its either finished or released here fully?' Because what you wrote doesnt make sense.
I, myself will just wait and buy the Berserk manga as it comes. I'll stop if I lose interest, but I plan on buying all of them. It's something to read and spend a little money. And I don't see what is bad about reading the fan translations, especially if your gonna buy the translated mangas when theycome out. I see nothing wrong with that.
