Wasn't that hard to find, it's been fansubbed by 7 different groups in 7 different languages*, R7 is a bit too high, more like R5.
*Including English.

Well, this was a nice surprise. Especially nice because it's been about a whole year since I've seen this one. It was one of the very first anime shows I watched (due to it being done by the same group who did one of the very very first shows I watched), and it just really struck me. Such a heartwarming story.
Ending spoilers: I find the end "solution", where Suzu has Hotori's reserve personality module implanted into him, rather... interesting. It makes one wonder how exactly such a system would work if there ever really were human-like robots done in this way, and what it would be like for the rest of the lives of those two. I definitely liked the ending, though.[/spoiler]

Good god Justin, how in the hell did you watch that movie? This movie sounds like a earlier version of When They Cry Higarashi.
Normally I read the entire review, but this series is too creepy to be read.

One I've never heard of. A quick search netted me three different English fansubs, so I'll be watching it real soon.

The opening is a bit of a shocker, yes... but I can say with 100% certainty that it is absolutely nothing like Higurashi.

All right, Higurashi is a slight bit extreame, but how many opening start like that?
I have a friend whose watched every episode of Higurashi, so that is why I intially compared that series to Higurashi.

It took about 10 seconds for me to find a fansub.

The fansubs probably tend to resurface fairly quickly once Buried Treasure digs something up. Nature of having a site that pretty much everyone reads.
And that bridge at the end looks like the Yokohama Bay Bridge, so the promenade you saw could be the one on the water in Yokohama. They do look similar.

Look pretty good...but the girl in that one screencap reminds me of Dawn from Pokemon.

Like someone said, it sounds similar to part of A.I. (except I actually liked that movie). Hmmm.... will have to track this down. Thanks for the heads up, Justin. BTW, will you be at AX this year?
