Because Masashi and Masafumi are much more common readings of his given name kanji, his name is often confused, even by Japanese people. Masahito Yabe (which is currently replace-merged to Masashi), however, is his actual name reading. This is reflected on his current profile at Office Watanabe, and going back and checking old profiles at a previous agency, it is consistent in that regard. The names should be unmerged with all current credits moved or re-added to Masahito Yabe, and with Masashi Yabe left blank in case another person with that name comes up at some point.

There's no such thing as "unmerging" (which is why I keep insisting merging is dangerous) so I had to cheat and swap the names for #8074 and #22722
|
