Yahoo Talent lists him as Jūji MATSUDA.

 While there are more websites spelling his given name as Jūji, there are still plenty of them (about 1/3 strong) using Shigeharu, including some reputable commercial websites e.g. Animate.
His agency, Actor's House Sanoya Honten (アクターズハウス佐野屋本店), does not have a website of its own, but I've just dug up an email address: [email protected] Maybe someone fluent in Japanese could write an email and ask them? |

I got a response from the agency. Yahoo is correct, his name is Jūji MATSUDA.
