Sounds great. I love Kikuchi's work, and this one sound particularly entertaining.

Maybe this is where Dracula learned the naked blade catch technique he passed on to D and Magnus? Razz

I am a fan of the Vampire Hunter D series so I'll probably give this a try.

Should be noted that the original book of Dracula had a weak ending, being only a single paperback page long. But, according to my gothic lit. class, there was some purpose behind that I'll never understand.

I thought the original's ending was perfectly fine.

But then again, the original Dracula is so much different from the modern vampire story. This book just looks really... unoriginal? I think I'll pass.

Sounds like fun. Thanks for the review! I like alternate Dracula novels, even if they're a little mediocre.

Re: active and passive voice, I'm wondering if there's that clear of a distinction in Japanese. I have no idea. I'm just curious.
