Well I'm really glad to here this the show is in bad need of an epilogue. I hope someone fansubs it soon.

I'm sure Bandai's Seed license covers this short as well, there shouldn' be anyone fansubing it.

There's already a thread on that. I'd fetch a link, but I'm WAY too tired right now.

Anyway, this "epilogue" OVA makes me wonder...are there still plans to make a second series, or did that get scrapped and this is being made to fill in the loose ends left open for that project?

It seems the plans for Seed2 have been put off. The last piece of news concerning the next gundam series is that they were going to try to market it toward older fans. What that means no one knows. What would be funny is if the OAV was 5 minutes of flashbacks.
