I actually didn't think this was funny until I saw Nina's face. Lol.
Then I realized it was a parody. Funny comic as always.

I got Yakitate!! Japan vibes from reading this comic. It's probably just me, though.
Nice comic this week.

The second panel is so Cuuute!
Also, a true inspiration to amatuer janitors everywhere.

Yay candy! (I wonder if anyone actually eats it...)
Good ol' shonen formula... it can apply to anything, including janitors...

Oooo, I hope UMD DX is picked up by AS this year! Or, can someone tell me when volume one will be available?
A very funny strip this week.

That's the first series that popped into my mind.
Not that it's a bad thing. Some premises are so ridiculous, but darn it - they work surprisingly well sometimes.
Honestly, at this point, I wouldn't be phased one bit if there was actually an ongoing manga series exactly like this out there.

If it is specifically referring to shonen jump anime, she forgot the part where the badass-looking rival comes with his arrogance and says: "Hmph! I'll show you how a real janitor mops the floor!"

I too thought of YJ when I saw this. Just goes to show the shonen forula can apply to anything.
