I was just checking the schedule on [as] and noticed they're going to an all anime Sat. lineup starting Jan. 5.

11:00/2:00 Bleach starting with episode 45 and new episodes starting Mar. 1

11:30/2:30 Death Note

12:00/3:00 Fullmetal Alchemist

12:30/3:30 Blood+

1:00/4:00 Samurai Champloo

1:30/4:30 Big O

5:00 InuYasha

5:30 Astro Boy

[EDIT: Tweaked your opener a little. -TK]

I see FMA reruns take precedence over new Blood+ *sigh*

Woot! New Bleach episodes! I'm very happy it didn't take as long to come out with the new episodes as it did for FMA way back when.

I also don't really care what comes on when, as long as they play it. But then again, that might be because I have a DVR.

Yay to new episodes of Bleach, and at a new early time as well. Very Happy

Sucks they couldn't move Blood+ up a 30 minute notch though.

Thanks for the heads-up samuraiwalt.

New Bleach episodes F-T-dub! Also, they're right before Death Note! Two great anime series back to back! Ain't nothing like it! I might catch up with FMA, but I gotta finish with Blood+ and wait for Code Geass to presumably replace it after its run ends. I also see that Inuyasha is still in the "death slot". That must be adult swim's highest rated anime series or something. I have nothing against the show, I just feel it's just there to fill a time slot. Other than that, the fact that Saturday night is all anime again is just awesome! But it's only a matter of time before Family Guy or American Dad gets snuck back in. (I'll say by June, tops!)

Finally Bleach is returning. I was worried it wouldn't be back until Code Geass finished. I need to remember to tape Big O's for the opening too (I got the Anime Legends sets recently and they lack the old one Sad) Aside from Blood+ getting pushed down this is a great lineup.

Is that the one that goes, BIG O, Biiig O , Biiig O. Biiig O, OO, OOO, BIg O! Laughing

Also Blood+ didn't really get pushed down, it just stayed in it's same spot.

Hey, at least it was original. The new one sounds pretty generic. Btw it even replaces the song in one of the episodes (can't remember the exact number).

Edit: Oh, I forgot the Comedy shows are gone Anime hyper

Thank goodness! And it's about time too! I don't CARE if there are repeats, even if I do wish they'd start where they left off!

I'm sure we'll see some bumps from [AS] during the commercial breaks moaning about low ratings for anime. Like the ones they had that said something like why should we get new anime when you're not watching the anime we have.

even if they bump the low ratings, this shows that death note and bleach were getting better ratings than futurama and the boondocks that night. and i like that i don't have to stay up untill 1:30 to watch death note

Are you saying [AS] was lying about the ratings in their bumps when they showed that Futurama and Boondocks were getting better ratings than Bleach and Death Note? What do they stand to gain from this lie?

Where is your source for this claim? I'd asked others for this in another thread and was never given the source.

I didn't even know they had forums. I'm really not up on AS that much as I hate their commercials immensely, thanks for the info I'm looking into it on their website as well.

EDIT: Ugh, site is annoying me as well. I have to once again say that while anime appeals to me other things that may be in the same "demographic" really just do not. Their general toilet humor is just not my thing.

Ok, I used the search term "ratings" on their website, and looked through some of the threads listing, I'm sure it's something I overlooked. Can you give me a link to the thread?
