I go to icv2 and anime news network (ann) everyday to read anime, manga as well as comic and animation news every day. Both of them doing a great job, I just want to know, where do you go to read anime, manga, comic and animation news beside these two ? Thanks.

Umm I actually only go here. Not to simply tout their horn but generally ANN gives me all the news and info I need. Now for reviews I might check other places in addition to ANN but I don't see that as being counted as news articles really. For for simply news and official info, like cast list, I simply go here as I have for many years.

Yeah I am going with the only here option. I do go everywhere to look for dvd/manga deals though- but those sites normal don't have news

This is my main source of information when it comes to anime, but sometimes I get info from MyAnimeList.net too, but then again most of their news are copy-pasta from ANN.

I don't read or keep up with the news. I'm only here when I want to look up specific anime titles for whatever reason(look at voice actors, ratings, how many episodes), or to be on the forums.

I sometimes go to AnimeOnDVD.com to know about DVD release dates, and I go to various sites to read reviews. I don't feel like I need to go anywhere other than ANN for anime news.

I used to go to a couple of other sites for reviews, releases, and some bargain-hunting, but ANN has everything I need in one place. Now I only come to ANN.

Just here and AoDvD. I trust Chris Beveridge's reviews because I've been going there forever. I've just recently been coming here regularly (about a year or so, and even less with the exploring of the different columns) so I'm still becoming familiar with ANN's reviewers to figure out what they like and don't like to see how much their tastes coincide with mine.

Who needs other websites when you have ANN? I occasionally go to AnimeOnDVD.com but only to check the DVD/Manga release schedule.

I agree. I mean right in their title it says the "Internet's' most trusted anime news source." That's a pretty big title to best right there. I mean how do you really top that in terms of anime news? Everyday there are new articles. I can't think of any other site with as many new pieces every single day of the week 365 days of the year (well minus major holidays anyway). I often can find many more reviews elsewhere but reviews aren't the primary goal here compared to other sites which are primarily reviews (though the reviews here are good for the most part don't get me wrong). |

I probably visit this site the most often. Not only is it an extremely reliable news source, but it is also an overall interesting site that offers readers plenty of things to occupy their time with rather than just news articles. I can occupy my time with other things when I'm not reading the updates, whether it's reading columns or forums or updating the Encyclopedia and My Manga.
Because I have been leaning towards manga more than anime these days, though, I also have recently started really enjoying Comipress as a news source since it's primary focus is manga news. Comipedia is a place I hang around quite a bit too to check out the different manga magazines. |

Really just here, unless I'm looking for reviews in which case I will look in to every review option I can find for a title including blogs but am careful to avoid reviews that look like they might have spoilers. I actually hate that, obviously someone who is reading a review is likely someone who hasn't seen it, so why give away that much without a warning?
Back on subject though, I get all the news I could really need here on ANN. Chances are if it's not in the news section then it's being discussed somewhere in the forums and I'll run in to it there anyways. I also hang out on IGN's anime forum so news tends to pass through there as well. Word of mouth in the forums is almost just as valuable for keeping up to date with the anime and manga world as the news on the front page is. |

I mainly use ANN but occasionally I see the news first at AoD, though I mainly go to AoD for the forums and the reviews.

I'm pretty loyal to ANN (read as: too lazy to go to other sites), and really, why not? ANN is very dependable as a news source. I hang out on some other forums in order to catch some rumors, but the only other news site that I go to on a regular basis is Gunota Headlines, since they cover Gundam news pretty closely and report a lot of Gundam news that doesn't make it to ANN's front page.
