I'm looking to read some anime related webcomics. You know, webcomics published online that either are based off an anime or drawn in a manga style.

All of Bleedman's stuff on Snafu probably qualifies. He's got three series up there: Grim Tales, Sugar Bits, and Power Puff Girls Dojinshi. The art gets better, so don't let that turn you off. You'd also probably like a few other comics on Snafu.

Zelda draws comics based on Greek myth. She was in one of the Rising Stars of Manga books. I would definitely categorize her art as "manga style".

Spinnerette is a webcomic I read; It's a superhero parody with a heavily anime style, plus some moe and yuri shipping: http://krakowstudios.com/spinnerette/issues/

Megatokyo is the obvious one to mention, as that's a parody of otaku culture. QC is also kind of manga styled, one of the characters is a yaoi fangirl and has a poster of Yotsuba on her bedroom wall.

I will check out Spinerette since I like superheroes (with a side of yuri Anime hyper). From a glance, I liked the art style at least.

And also Megatokyo and Questionable Content.

One of my old favorites about otaku culture was Dub This! It's ended now, but the archives are still up: http://www.dubthis.net/cgi-bin/dtarchive.cgi?date=dt20001005.jpg

Not quite what you're looking for, may I offer up ElfQuest?

It's an American print comic (that has been 100% converted for online reading), and it's in a somewhat Disney-esque style (or older anime, if you please), but what reminds me of manga is the depth of story. Yes, it's a comic book, but it's very much got a manga-style story, not of good-vs-evil, but of a group of people trying to survive.
