ok i watched this anime and liked this song
but i cant remeber who sung it or what the song was all i can remember that in the music video the SHE had her hair dyed white and all around her the room was white if you know what this song is please tell me or any suggestions |

i may be wrong but the first artist which comes to mind is Mika Nakashima..i remember seeing a music vid somewhat like you've described

I'm pretty sure it's KOTOKO (and the song being Re-sublimity, I remember that particular music video), although she didn't dye her hair white; it was a wig.
