I am the script writer Thomas M. Gonzales (#21019). My family name is "Gonzales," not "M. Gonzales." In other words, it should be listed as:
Gonzales, Thomas M. Family name: Gonzales Given name: Thomas M. Your assistance in correcting this error would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Thomas M. Gonzales |

Would it be okay if your name is listed as "Gonzales, Thomas Martin" instead of "Gonzales, Thomas M."? Correcting the current (incorrect) family name into the latter format would be a bit trickier than to the former. |
