I'll always be a fan of Friedman's because of his performance on Megadeth's Rust in Peace album. He did others with them but that's the one I remember most favorably. I'm actually looking forward to checking out some of these and seeing what he is up to lately. Especially in the context of GirlsDeMo.

Cool! "Little Braver" has been my jam basically all week and I'm pretty sure I've listened to the posted sample about 50 times since I read this article. So catchyyyyy.

Huh, I think Little Braver isn't the best choice. I would have liked to see his take on Alchemy, Crow Song, or even the GirlsDeMo version of My Soul, Your Beats more.

Should point out that Fieldman was also part of the limited rock act from Kamen Rider Kiva (more specificly the rock act from the Movie Crimson-Fang).

Agreed, Rust in Peace is an amazing album. Countdown to Extinction ain't half bad either.
