Yes they are the same person and so is Tiffany Hsieh. Those are her aliases and we can't put it here on ANN for fear of being caught by the union.

It's sort of how it's taboo to talk about how Steven Blum is "David Lucas", even though any tone-deaf imbecile can hear clearly that they have the same voice and nobody else has a voice even close to his.
OH NOES! He might get in trouble!
Trust me, the union knows. If he gets in trouble it won't be because of somebody on the internet "outing him" in an internet forum.
Stop feeling like you need to "protect" the voice actors - it's their problem, not ours. If they get in trouble it's because they've violated the rules. And trust me, I don't want to see anyone get in trouble, but hey - it isn't my issue.

Sorry, I am totally messed up about this (xD confusion) but why/what is the point of having two different credited names?
The Union? sorry ... this sounds like its some government conspiracy *shady eyes*

Tiffany Hsieh is one of JenSeki's pseudonyms? I know that Lulu Chiang was one (the name she used in Girls Bravo and KamiChu!), but I didn't know that Tiffany Hsieh was another one of hers.

However, on the Jennifer Sekiguchi website, she lists Stephanie Sheh roles on her big list of roles. Thus, I think it would be safe to merge the Stephanie Sheh and Jennifer Sekiguchi pages together, along with any other identities.
Heh, whenever I hear of this Union, I think about Big O. You know, the way Alan Gabriel worked inside of the Union and outside?

Eh, I was probably a little irritateded when I wrote that earlier - I think if Steven Blum personally requested for an alias not to be listed, it would be a real jerk move to continue to do so, especially since he is such a talented guy.
Still, it's ridiculous if he thinks that nobody knows he has at least one alias - his voice is very distinctive.
Ironically, Steve and "David" were both Roger Smith in Big O. Wendee Lee (Angel) and Alan Gabriel (Crispin Freeman) who were in The Union don't seem to have trouble with any unions.
