The visual is inside the college, so the college arc will be what's adapted (obviously. that is the next arc). But I also pray that the english dub will be not long after the sub (maybe even same day?) and that this does well enough Cloverworks can do Emerald Witch arc (my FAVORITE) |

Yeah, my first assumption was they'd be adapting the college arc with the key visual. Did they ever dub the movie? |

Wow, this was probably the only announcement during Anime Expo that genuinely came out of nowhere and surprised me. Specially with Okada directing it.

Yes, the Atlantic Book movie was dubbed, but I believe the BD is OOP. |

Dat cup. More Kuroshitsuji is what I needed. No Iwasaku or Mitsuda for the music despite them still working. This ends the streak of the composer having the same birthday.

My husband and I were just talking the other day about how it had been quite a long time since we had a new season of Black Butler, so this is incredibly coincidental. But I'm very excited!
Although, would be nice if the 1st season could be remade at some point, just to bring it more align with canon. But I feel as though it wouldn't be worth the effort to do so. |

We're supposedly in the last arc, but the pacing has slowed to a crawl years ago, in part because the page count is weekly sized despite being monthly, and because almost the entire cast are getting their moment in the spotlight, which seems to be a common thing for final arcs. |
