Phantom Rouge was the name of a movie. The name of the Genei Ryodan in the English translation is "Phantom Troupe".[/i]

If they wanted to be like Hunter x Hunter then they should have delayed it indefinitely.

I would only endorse anything anime related sinister event if only someone becomes Akihiko Kayaba, other than that are absolutely unacceptable & must be punished with harshest penalty.

So far, based on what I've seen in Russian-language outlets, in most cases the Ryodan kids were the ones being harassed.

From the videos in the article link, yeah, it mainly looks like this "gang" getting their shit-tossed by larger groups of people. Probably after starting confrontations. Rolling Eyes

Well, between fruity-looking 13–14 y.o. anime fans and random thugs who don't like it when people are being different, I'm gonna go ahead and assume it was the thugs who started the confrontation.

There were times in my childhood and adolescence when boys that age were beaten on the streets in Russia for wearing long hair or an earring. Things got better in the early 2000s but when violent behavior is continuously normalized and the quality of life doesn't increase, these things tend to resurge.

Bellingcat did an excellent article on this phenomenon which casts it in a much different light than most of what you hear online.[/url]

No, you are wrong. They were not harassed in any way. There are quarrels between them and other bands.

The eastern block Banchō scene is wild. I wonder if Togashi would get even half the story if he read up on this.
