It's probably axed even, since volume 2 was released almost two years ago. Maybe they're planning to revive it with the anime.

Anything is possible, that vending machine isekai is getting an anime and the novels for it stopped after the third one.

qnd Keijo was about cancelled yet they made an a time to see if it improved the manga sales so they would continue, much to crunchy rolls enjoyment.and benefit.
