Such a loss. There will never be anyone who can be as good as Kevin Conroy.

It feels like we've lost the Batman.

This was completely unexpected. Quite disappointing and tragic.

RIP, Kevin Conroy. Voice of a generation indeed.
Batman: The Animated Series was big part of my childhood and I was thrilled to rediscover it recently on Blu-ray.

Ouch this is probably the hardest I've been hit by a English VO death since Robin Williams (if you count him as a VO). RIP. I've gotta go lie down...

I'm absolutely devastated easily the best Batman in my opinion, bringing not just the stern detective battling his own inner demons as well as fighting crime but a warmth and compassionate too. R.I.P and thoughts with his family.

This one hurts. A lot. Batman: TAS was such a massive part of my childhood, and a huge part of that was Kevin Conroy's iconic performance; he brought such a depth and complexity to the character. For me, he will always be THE Batman. I'm so glad he got to keep voicing the character for so long. Rest in peace.

Batman TAS, was THE show, I had to get back home from school so I could watch it. I was hoping to see him at Cincy Comic Expo this year back in September, but he had dropped out suddenly due to health issues. Now we know why.

He left too early, but still will be remembered. Salute to the best Batman voice of all time, and let his soul rest in peace.
