I'd love to see a Fire Punch adaptation as well (I don't know what else the author has done), but yeah, it makes sense that for now they only focus in Chainsaw Man.

I wouldn't mind an adaption of Goodbye, Eri. Since its a one shot it would have to be either a movie or a short OVA series. I'm not familiar with his other works but if they are as good as Chainsaw Man and Goodbye, Eri I would probably check them out.

I would say that if you like Chainsaw Man, giving Fire Punch a shot might be worth it. In a way, it's even more sick and bizarre, but I genuinely couldn't stop reading after I started when CSM went on break. The manga only has 80ish chapters too, so it doesn't take very long to finish. There are some pretty deep and thought-provoking ideas under the usual Fujimoto gore and nastiness if you stop for a second and think a bit about the state of the world in the manga.

That's got to be pretty gratifying for an author.

I wonder how would Goodbye Eri would be translated to the screen.
Also, Firepunch had some scenes that would make Chainsawman for little kids in comparison so I guess it would need Netflix.
