Sometimes, the English title is not a literal translation. Please see the teaser in the article:

I completely missed the official English title when I watched the teaser prior to my previous post since it was on screen for only a second. Sorry about that. I'll pay more attention next time.

I hope the Bang Zoom! cast reunites once again to dub this movie for Netflix.

Don't know if Netflix has the international rights for all of Doraemon movies aside from the Stand By Me ones, in January here in Latin America HBO Max added five Doraemon movies (Nobita's New Great Adventure into the Underworld, Nobita's Great Battle of the Mermaid King, Nobita and the New Steel Troops, Nobita and the Island of Miracles and Nobita's Space Heroes). All of them were dubbed into Neutral Spanish, though it's not the same cast as Stand by Me 1 and 2, except for Shizuka.
