The use of CeVIO AI for KZN is kind of surprising.
For the uninitiated: as the news said, CeVIO is a project that has created a software suite for synthetic song and talk voice (text to speech). There's also a specific character with an English version.

Not really surprising considering there's already Kafu who is based from the virtual singer Kaf of Kamitsubaki studio. Recently they also announced Sekai voicebank based from fellow Kamitsubaki studio singer, Isekai Jouchou. If anything, it's surprising that it took Kizuna Ai this long to get turned into voice synthetizer considering her lore.
