Red Earth!!! I never thought I would see the day when this arcade only exclusive game finally got a home console release. Not to mention that Darkstalkers is also getting some much needed love with all the 5 games in this collection, we really need a new installment in this series

Rollback and Red Earth is cool, but I'm having a hard time getting too excited about a bunch of arcade roms slapped into a new console in the year 2022. Why have the arcade Vampire Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2, games that only exist because of technical limitations, instead of porting the Darkstalkers Chronicle that includes the full roster and has only been available for PS2 in Japan and PSP elsewhere? Why not include some more games that are hard to get a hold of?

same reason why the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection was a disappointment with Alpha 3 having only the barebones arcade version avaliable(no extra characters from the consoles/Upper version, let alone the PSP version.Alpha Anthology back on the PS2 offered multiple versions of the Alpha games to play)and 3rd Strike not being the Online Edition with extra features as well.
Capcom has gotten lazier with these collections...

At last everybody can play Red Earth/Warzard legally, Darkstalkers is available as well and Puzzle Fighter is a nice bonus. It would be cool if they could include the SEGA Saturn version of Cyberbots which had voice acting (Jin was voiced by Toru Furuya in that version).
This is just wishful thinking, but if this collection sells well maybe CAPCOM can make another Darkstalkers, it would be amazing if they can develop it with an artstyle similar to GG Strive and DB FighterZ and include the main characters from Red Earth, SonSon and Amingo from MvC2, Nemesis from RE, Arthur from Ghosts 'n Goblins and a Monster Hunter as playable characters.

That is wishful thinking considering the Darkstalkers Collection from a few years ago apparently didn’t sell enough copies to push them to make a 4th game.

Basically you want MvC5 developed by Arc Systems Razz

Interesting announcement, nice to see some titles previously unavailable now coming out on console. I think that most people who wanted these have them already via mame and the Arcade 1up custom cabinet scene.

I'm definitely interested in getting a copy so long as there isn't any weird technical/input latency nightmares going on like some of the other recent Capcom compilation games have been having - the Mega Man X Collection and that last Street Fighter Collection had some pretty hardcore problems. More recently, the Mega Man Zero Collection seemed like a good course-correction, so hopefully with the noted inclusion of Rollback being added for each online mode, this new set will lean more MMZ than MMX so far as performance is concerned.

The X collections were fine except with the first 3 games because they were emulated rather than straight ports like X4-X8 and the Zero/ZX games were.

As for Street Fighter 30, that was handled by Digital Eclipse and thankfully they're not involved with this new collection (plus the signs were there since this looked similar in presentation to the Capcom Beat 'em Up Bundle from 2018 that was done in-house).
