Rating bars broken?

Hi. I think green bars showing ratings are broken. On screenshot below, 'masterpiece' has 65 votes and 'excellent' has 63 votes, yet the former is given bigger bar. Or do these bar mean something different?

The bars mean something different; it's the ratings weighted by the "reliability factor" of each user. So if someone(s) is trying to stuff the ratings, you might get a result like that.
