If the Death Battle numbers are of any indication, then it would be Naruto 100%.
Hell, even if they scaled Deku to All Might (Who himself had a Death Battle with Might Guy and lost), it wouldn't be close.

I think it depends on which Naruto we're talking about here. Pre or post/concurrent Shippuden? If it's pre-shippuden I honestly think Deku would pull off the win. He has far more battlefield intelligence and strategy then Naruto. Once Naruto starts hitting his OG levels in Shippuden though, yea it's a no contest he wins at that point.

I love MHA, but Deku (even at 100%, even with those extra quirks) wouldn't be able to stand up to Naruto. Characters in Naruto already can do what Deku/All Might can and Naruto stands above them in his own series.
Naruto has literal magic that he can use which Deku has absolutely no counter for. It's not much of a contest imo.

unless you remove the kyuubi from the equation then it doesn't matter what version of naruto it is, he'll stomp deku.

Ahh the ultimate nerd out would apples beat oranges in an out of context competition. Ultimately the answer always comes down to 2 results. A physical measurement of the damage theyve done (Naruto wins by far) or the simple conclusion that their world where not meant to work together. Whats strong in one world would be weak in another. At least it isnt unlimited power characters like saitama and super man where their whole thing is always being the strongest without a gimmick.
I prefer to think on their actions in a fight since strength doesnt matter only what they can do in a fight vs an opponent. IE what goku does in his fights vs Vegeta, Freiza and Cell are far more interesting then him being 1000 times stronger then previous, since their is little change in the way he fights.

I'm pretty sure the answer to who will win is Superman.
