While there are definitely VTubers that participated who don’t have human-like feet, Ina is not one of them, as seen in the picture below. She just decided not to give the most straightforward response to the prompt.
In the same vein, I thought Anya’s was pretty creative.

When I heard about "I want to see VTubers’ shoes" hashtag, my first thought was about Gibara's shoes collection. Really impressive one...

Yeah, Ina was just joking around, especially since she'll say she is a human and not an octopus.
I'm not quite sure what kicked this off, but they all seemed pretty amused by it.

Per the tweet linked in another article I read on the subject, the user was commemorating one of those minor made up holidays, Shoes Day, and noted that one generally doesn’t see VTubers’ shoes, so they wanted to see them. I didn’t look into that user much to see if there were any other reasons for that request.
