A few comments/corrections...
Elle is the name of the website (elle.com/jp); Elle Shop is its online store with a different web address (elleshop.jp).
I don't think the linked WWD article says the store will display Takemiya's drawings in the future; it just reports that it currently features her art in a decorative, promotional poster designed by Yoshirotten (not "along with" his art, but part of it). Takemiya also credits Yoshirotten for designing the poster in this blog entry: http://www.tra-pro.com/blog/wanblog/Blog/entori/2021/2/10_erumesu_biao_can_daoni_bi_mian_guang_gao_chu_xian.html
No one "co-founded" the Year 24 Group because it's not an official group. It's just a label that critics/academics assigned to various 1970s shōjo manga artists long after the fact (and not every critic/academic agrees on who "belongs" to the group, lol). The Wikipedia article goes into more detail: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_24_Group#Etymology
