Praying for a quick and efficient recovery... any sort of news like this always worries me.
I wish that mangaka didn't work themselves so hard.

I wish him a speedy recovery.
Hopefully it isn't too serious. Oda was a serious smoker and could complicate things if it is a respiratory issue.

They already announced when it'll come back (and only 2 weeks break), so I think and hope he's recovering well.

Not one piece of information in the article stated that it was related to overworking. Unless I missed that the term illness now refers to mangaka's working themselves so hard.

I mean, Oda is a mangaka, so thinking he gets sick from overwork is pretty much a given, and usually the easiest conclusion
