Name change - Hajime Ohtani

Hajime Ohtani (person#55599]) seems to have a popularized romanization as "Ootani", as used by database sites AniDB, Anime-Planet, and MAL. Alternatively, IMDb uses "Otani", and English Wikipedia inconsistently uses "Ootani" and "Ōtani".

Despite the latter two, I think it would be best to go with the most popular (and technically most correct) version of the romanization considering he doesn't have any social media showing a preferred romanization.
