I had no interest in this until I saw that cute girl and I'm a simple person so that's enough for me

I know right, now imagine a bunch of heartwarming scenes with her, that's by far the best part and selling point of this serie.

I spot a cute loli character and I'm already completely on board with the series.

Okay, I agree with everyone above me that the loli was good marketing for having me click on this series.
Now after reading about the synopsis, who decided to pull a page out of my real life("dead end job").

While the story gets a little skeevy once in a while it's relatively tame compared to other raunchier series in this particular genre.
It's mostly wholesome. A generic isekaied protag with the twist that he worked at a pharmaceutical thus he has knowledge of modern medicine and in a fantasy world that's an overpowered ability.
That there are no real stakes other just helping out his community with simple problems common in say the middle ages and a few fantasy problems give it a relaxed vibe.
While I enjoyed this series I'm hoping that it does well enough that the publishers of 'Parallel World Pharmacy' decide to animate their novel and eventually license the series in the west.
