Huh, a bit of an age gap there (matters less when you get to be their age of course, but mid 40s and mid 60s.)

Is it really common in Japan to have huge age gaps? This is like the third time im seeing a couple in the Japanese entertainment history, with a 20 year+ age gap

Not sure about the huge age gaps specifically, but I do know alot of Japanese celebrity couples who have around 10-year age differences. |

I ve got a 22 year age gap from my partner and things just work. You see it more and more everywhere nowadays . People don't care much about these things anymore.

It's not that uncommon for men with a bit of social status or weath to have much younger wives. This also happens in the West (e.g. Hollywood, or the current president of USA). |
