Wouldn't Ikue Otani make more sense since she voices Pikachu in every language? Unless she's already there?

Yeah, I was just thinking that the irony is that there are very few (any?) countries outside of Japan where you can legally watch Pokemon and hear her voice as Satoshi.

Do they still only do dub only releases of Pokemon? I know they did when 4Kids handled the license as footage is removed so the audio would not sync up.

Yep, they're all still dub-only releases. It's could very well be an order from The Pokémon Company, for all we know. At the very least, it'd be neat if they just tossed in a subbed Japanese episode as an extra with each set, kind of like how the DVD sets for Most Extreme Elimination Challenge each included a subbed episode of Takeshi's Castle as a bonus.
