The animation for this looks kind of soulless.
What's confusing though is that this is listed as a shonen series?? It's art and topic make it look more like a shojo.

It runs in the same magazine as Fairy Tale, Eden's Zero, Ace of Diamond, Bakemonogatari, Bloody Monday, Cage of Eden, Negima and UQ Holder.

While we think of fashion as more of a feminine thing, the titans of the industry are almost all male: Dior, McQueen, etc. This series focuses more on fashion than modeling anyhow, though I don’t have especially high hopes for the anime, since clothing isn’t really conveyed realistically in anime most of the time.

I'm currently lettering that manga for Kodansha USA, I do recommend it, it gets better with each volume and you learn more about the fashion industry.

So it’s being directed by the same director as Happy Sugar Life, animated by Ezola who animated Happy Sugar Life and has two voice actors from Happy Sugar Life as the leads. I’m down for this.
