I am not sure how this fits into site rules. I dont see any that directly apply but since the website is ANN it is possible that a thread like this might not be appreciated.
If not please lock it. Anyway to the point. I think it would be useful to have a list of external anime resources. For example, the Anime planet Reccomendations Database is something I find useful when looking for similar shows. Also recently I have been listening to podcasts such as AnimeWorldOrder and OtakuGeneration. I was wondering if people would find it useful to compile a list of informative links to content such as podcasts,blogs, websites that deal with anime reviews, releases etc.. Format would be: Name: Url: Type: Recommendations, Blog, Podcast, Reviews, ( something appropriate) Description: Language (optional): if the site is Japanese for example ( some might be able to read it ) Any links should have some discussion behind them i.e. why you like them or similar. Also no forums, it would be limited to information only not discussions forums and by that I mean direct links to forums. Most sites prob have a forum attached ala ANN. I would be willing to keep the initial post updated with a listing if people are interested. |
